Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging and any accessories included with the product.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at support@lifeventra.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos so we can review the issue quickly.

Our customer service team normally responds to return requests within 2 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Approved returns are sent to our return facility in China. The complete return address and shipping instructions will be provided after the return request is approved. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging, or marked as final sale cannot be returned. Gift cards, if offered, are non-returnable.
